Credits and payment - Videos are bought in one-time packs of 1, 3 or 7 videos. There is no subscription. Your balance is kept as credits, 100 per video, and each video you make uses 100 credits. - Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Stripe, our payment provider. Taxes may be added where they apply. - Credits **do not expire**. Your videos You may download your videos and share them for personal, non-commercial use, such as on your own social media. Each video is built on a short AI-generated dance clip; we do not grant you any rights in the "Thriller" song, music video or choreography, or in any artist's name or likeness. You are responsible for how you use your videos and for following the rules of the platforms you post on, including labelling AI-generated content. Videos are stored in your account for **30 days or 1 year**, based on the largest pack you have bought (30 days with the 1 Video pack, 1 year once you have bought 3 or 7 videos), and are then no longer accessible. Last updated: October 18, 2026 ## Failed videos: credits back automatically If a video fails to generate or is not delivered, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us. ## Unused credit packs: money back within 7 days If you have **not used any credits** from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within **7 days of purchase**. Email [support@thrillerdanceai.com](mailto:support@thrillerdanceai.com) from the email address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. When the refund is made, the credits from that pack are removed from your account. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you use credits to start a video, you ask us to start providing the digital service immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Unused packs can be refunded within those 14 days. ## What is not refunded - **Credits used for a video that finished.** The generation cost has already been paid to our video provider. If a video file is technically defective (for example it will not play), write to us and we may, at our discretion, restore the credits. - **Packs where some credits were used**, except as required by law. ## How refunds are paid Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
